These Terms govern your use of Heirloom, operated by Ardenholt LLC ("we", "us"). By using Heirloom, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Heirloom is software we provide as-is. We will work hard to keep it running and useful, but we offer no uptime guarantee or warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, except where required by law.
Recipes are informational
Recipes, ingredients, cook times, and any nutrition details in Heirloom — whether imported from another site or entered by you or your family — are informational only. Heirloom does not verify them and makes no guarantees about accuracy, allergens, or dietary suitability. You are responsible for safe food handling and cooking temperatures, and for checking ingredients against allergies and dietary or medical needs. Imported recipes remain the work of their original authors; keep copies for personal and family use.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Tell us at privacy@ruzylo.dev if you believe your account is compromised.
Acceptable use
- Don't use Heirloom to harm others.
- Don't attempt to break, probe, or reverse-engineer the service except as permitted by law.
- Don't use it to send spam, harassment, or anything illegal.
Payments & refunds
Heirloom is a one-time purchase of $29.99 for lifetime access, charged via Stripe; the price is shown before checkout. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal — we never bill you again. One-time purchases are non-refundable after 14 days, except where required by law.
Termination
You can stop using Heirloom and request deletion at any time (see Privacy). We may suspend access if we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms, with notice where feasible.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of Heirloom is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in that state.

If we make material changes, we will email registered users and update this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
